IDC estimates that sales of OEM toner consumables in the first half of 2009 in EMEA were down 24.9% year on year, while OEM inkjet consumables sales declined 19.2% year on year. The aftermarket industry, however, benefited from the financial crisis, experiencing healthy sales growth.
